Buy Wholesale and Make A Profit Selling Wholesale Products!
LEARN MORE!
I often get emails from my newsletter subscribers expressing their frustration when trying to purchase wholesale merchandise to resell for profit. Sometimes the frustrations are not from not being able to find product to resell but usually arises when you think you've found a product or a wholesale distributor...
only to find that the products they sell are selling for the same price or less on eBay than what you can get them for!
In other words, you won't be making any money and at best you'll find that you'll be lucky just to break even!
This is a common email I get from people are looking into buying wholesale. One of my readers said this...
"I know that the market gets saturated. But not to many people were selling these. What I would like to know is does your information steer me in the right direction to buy products that will sell for a profit or is it just another list that shows products that I can buy that sells for the same price that eBayers are buying it for. I am getting very frustrated at this point to find a true person to get this info off of and I would like to hear more from you personally."
Now, if you're from another country, one of our previous American President's said, I feel your pain ; )
In all seriousness, I have had several correspondences with people dealing with the same product sourcing frustrations and I completely understand because I've been there. This was my same problem I had when I first started out. I remember scouring the internet, calling all over the country looking for legitimate wholesale suppliers and wholesale product to profit from on eBay only to discover that every time I thought I found something hot, it would be very difficult just to make my money back if I were to sell on eBay because there were already tons of them being sold for far less than what I could get the product for ; (
Not good for the pocketbook right!?!
Here is my response to these frustration emails: Read carefully and then pay special attention to the solution on how to sell this product and make a lot of money on the backend even if you aren't able to recoup your money on your initial product.
Many people think they have to make a profit on the initial sale of a listing on eBay on the item they have listed. That would be nice, but keep reading and watch the video below on how a guy sold his PS3 on eBay for $1.00 and made enough money on that one auction, he donated $1000.00 to the Salvation Army!
This guy has it figured out! I would strongly urge you to pay special attention to what's going on here because this will give you some great insight to how to get around these frustrations and problems of not being able to compete or make a profit on your eBay listing because they are already being sold for less than what you can get a product for.
First, here's my response to my reader's email:
"Unfortunately, here a couple of things that lead to frustrations with "wholesale lists".
What many "wholesale lists" are is just a collection of someone doing a Google search and typing in url's, calling it a product and selling it. These are more likely a bunch of middlemen who are robbing you of profits because they are hiking up the cost of the goods. Not good for you.
Or...
the situation is although these could be legitimate wholesale liquidators or wholesale dealers where you can buy discount merchandise, most people do not understand that there is a difference between wholesale products and liquidation or surplus merchandise. I have found this to be a very common misunderstanding between these areas but it is a very important point to learn if you're going to get in the game and be successful.
If you're finding products at wholesale, most people on eBay are not selling wholesale merchandise, they are selling liquidated or surplus merchandise. There is a large difference between these categories and it is very important to understand what theses differences are.
Even when sellers on eBay do sell products wholesale, it often is to the point where they don't make much profit on them because they have to be competitive with the other similar offers that are selling for less than wholesale. They are competing with sellers who are selling below wholesale costs. The reason these items can sell for below wholesale costs are because they are not wholesale products! They are a completely different product category that are purchased at below wholesale prices!"
I have provided the answer to where you can find products that are not only wholesale or closeout merchandise but also where YOU can find product below wholesale so you can make money by selling lower than wholesale prices in my buying guide!
"In answer to your question:
"What I would like to know is does your information steer me in the right direction to buy products that will sell for a profit or is it just another list that shows products that I can buy that sells for the same price that eBayers are buying it for."
"My product is not simply a wholesale list. It is a How to guide as much as a Where to guide. Even though I will tell you in the book where to find REAL surplus and liquidated product sources and avoid the middleman, as well as wholesaler products, I also teach you How to do it, How to buy and What to look out for.
Many people have been burnt without knowing this critical information. This is information and sources I have personally used to sell full time on eBay and yes it is profitable IF you do it right. Without this information, you will learn, but learn the hard way when buying discount merchandise or when you buy wholesale, closeout or liquidated products and that usually costs money and time due to getting burnt.
To be short, no other list or eBay information resource lists the true sources for main liquidation and surplus dealers that EVERY major retail store in the U.S. liquidates their products through. These are a large portion of products you see on eBay.
No one else will tell you where or how to buy from QVC. Those are Real sources and ones that no one is going to give away because that's where they are getting them from. I know because I've talked to the surplus dealers, liquidators and was in the know with other eBay Powersellers.
With my buying guide I let the cat out of the bag but I went further and explained how to buy.
I understand your frustrations, here is an audio interview for you to listen to I did with Mike Enos, who even himself was blown away when he saw the QVC source."
